CNB College, Bokakhat, 13th October 2023:
Educational Tour to Agricultural Meteorology Department, Assam Agriculture University, Jorhat, Assam from Climate Science Group (Add-on Course), CNB College, Bokakhat. A group of 51 students visited this department under the guidance of Dr Rajib Lochan Deka, HoD Agricultural Meteorology Department and his team on dated – 13th October 2023. The students were introduced with different instruments to record rainfall and other climate related parameters. Dr Rajib Lochan Deka, HoD of Agricultural Meteorology Department and his team of the Assam Agriculture University, Jorhat, Assam guided the students during the period of field visit. Along with Dr Deka, Ms Porishmita Das, Asstt. Professor of the Department had taken classes to give some knowledge about the factors affecting the climate change.
